If you had a crystal ball, would you look into it with the hopes of seeing your future? We all yearn to know what will happen in times of uncertainty.
I would like to have a few winning lotto numbers. My imagination stirs with images of discovery and adventure while I ponder the question "Do I really want to know what will happen?".
Is it not better to live in the present moment that is ripe with possibility, then to squander the present on waiting for the future to reveal itself? What will you imagine for your future and then make one step in the present moment to make it possible?
Process: I took this image into Nik Collection, SilverEfex Pro 2 and chose Wet Plate from the presets; added Control Points to bring the highlights down; added a vignette to darken corners and made a few adjustments to the Brightness.
